We are only just starting, and our team is currently very small (but perfectly formed, of course). But we are already on the lookout for new teachers, demonstrators, teaching assistants, crew, and everyone else that makes a Jivebeat night work. So if you love to dance and think you could help out in some way, drop us a line and let us know. We are always more than happy to have a chat.

Graham Guy

Graham has been dancing for around eight years at Modern Jive, LeRoc, and Ceroc venues all around the country. He has been a teaching assistant, a taxi dancer working with the new arrivals to the clubs to make sure they don't feel out of their depth, a demonstrator, and has recently qualified as a teacher through the LeRoc Modern Jive Federation.

As well as Modern Jive, Graham also dances Argentine Tango and has dabbled in ballroom, salsa and a number of other forms. These influences show in his LeRoc, creating a smooth style with latin connections.

When not teaching dance, Graham writes books (crime and sci-fi so far) and occasionally hosts writing workshops and gives lectures at literary festivals. He is also a photographer of events, landscapes, and various art projects, and designs and programs websites (including this one).

Graham will be teaching LeRoc at all our venues.
